hola, we’re Loma, the world’s first cold-pressed herb marinade, inspired by our family’s roots in the Dominican Republic.

through much R+D we learned that cold-pressing our marinade is the best way to boost flavor, maintain freshness, extend shelf life and keep nutrients intact (without adding preservatives). because it’s cold-pressed and super fresh, it’s important to keep Loma refrigerated.

Loma is about more than just food. it’s about gathering together to share in flavors that remind you of a place and time. it’s everything you want in a home-cooked meal––familiar & nostalgic, yet fresh & exciting.

Loma tastes like fresh garlic & punchy herbs with a tangy, citrus-y finish. it solves for the “don’t know how” and/or the “don’t have time.”

every spoonful = freshly chopped herbs and spices without any of the work.

Loma pairs well with steak, fish, skinny dipping, chicken, drinks that turn into dinner, roasted veggies, sol, playa y arena, the “good” plates, shellfish (like lobster), rice, crusty bread and more.
