      <image:caption>ingredients: Loma, shrimp, white wine (sauv. blanc or similar), unsalted butter, lemon juice, thin spaghetti or angel hair put a pot of water to boil (for pasta) while you wait for water to boil, heat an oil-coated skillet to medium-high heat remove Loma-marinated shrimp from the fridge and add to skillet, make sure to scrape all excess Loma into the skillet once water is boiling, add pasta and cook for 6 minutes cook shrimp for 3 minutes (until pink) and then flip add 1/2 a cup of white wine, salt and pepper to skillet and lower heat to medium add 2 tablespoons of butter and stir reduce heat to medium-low, let simmer for 2-3 minutes remove pasta at 6 minute mark from water with tongs and add straight to skillet, scoop a few splashes of pasta water into the skillet and mix add roughly 1/4 cup lemon juice, remaining butter (~1 tbsp) and wine (~1/2 cup) to skillet, toss pasta and shrimp simmer on low heat uncovered for ~2 minutes to cook off alcohol serve with a chilled glass of white wine &amp; good vibes</image:caption>
